As a Wealth Adviser you will be responsible for consistently delivering exceptional customer experience by proactively managing, retaining and growing, a portfolio of high net value customers.
As a trusted relationship manager, our Wealth Advisers proactively keep in contact with customers by providing recommendations on a broad range of financial solutions and products.
You will be responsible for complex sales requiring a high level of technical knowledge in financial planning and a highly developed customer service ethos.
Typical activities and required skills include:
* Assessment and implementation of financial plans for customers including advice on investments, cash management, estate planning and risk products in association with the Paraplanning unit
* Providing personalised, professional service that the customers perceive to be high quality at a time and place that suits the customer
* Proactively seeking business growth from both new and current connections and referrals
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent relevant tertiary qualification
* Minimum of 2 years experience in providing investment advice to customers
* Proven self management skills
* Negotiation skills
* Proven networking and team building abilities
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to manage yourself, your portfolio and business plan
