Shareholder Analyst - Sydney

CBD based Investor Relations company require a talented individual to join their Shareholder team with a view to progressing quickly.

The Shareholder Services team specialise in providing listed companies, trust & funds with high quality reports.

The role will be initially focussed on data entry with a view to moving this individual quickly onto responsibilities such as:
- Management & processing of extracts from registers
- Interpreting data supplied by various banks, financial institutes & custodians
- Following up on disclosure documents
- Processing of reports

Candidates should have:
- Above average speed & a good eye for detail
- Experience of working in a administration or customer service environment
- Working knowledge of excel and have a high level of computer literacy & numeracy
- Good communication skills
- An interest in the Financial Markets
- Good pro-active attitude

$35K + super.
