One of Australia's most respected banking organisations is now seeking a Senior Risk and Reporting Manager to head up the newly created Reporting team within Institutional Business Banking.

This role is charged with supervising the reporting team who are responsible for running market risk ( VaR ), credit risk and collateral models and the operational risk profiles.

Together with the above responsibilities, you will act as the point of co-ordination between regional/interstate and local business units for Operational risk and control gaps or weaknesses that need to be minimised or rectified across the business segment.

The successful candidate will come from a financial services background within either market risk VaR, operational risk, audit or a middle office environment.

You will have excellent spreadsheet and database knowledge, a solid understanding of treasury products and ideally previous team management experience.

A role such as this is rare in that it will allow you to cross skill across operational risk, market risk, credit risk and collateral.
