Senior Recruitment Consultant

The executive recruitment division of Talent2 (ASX: TWO) is a high touch, executive level recruitment business leveraging established Australian and global relationships. We have offices across Asia, London, the US and Dubai but have still maintained a boutique feel within Australia focused on high level, high margin work. The NSW Accounting & Finance Practice currently has a requirement for an experienced recruiter to join our team of 4 Consultants in early 2008.

Culturally we are a highly experienced, collegiate, self managing team focused on delivering outstanding quality work for our clients and maintaining great relationship with our candidates. Operating at the senior level our sole focus is recruiting CFOs and their direct reports. We can offer a very strong platform with an established research function supporting search activity and a strong advertising presence to drive executive selection. The Talent2 heritage is a deep one stretching back 25 years within the Australian market so we can boast an established client base and predominately retained work.

You could either be an experienced recruiter, tired of management and looking to continue doing senior work within a mature highly professional environment. Alternatively you are looking to take a ‘step up’, because you currently do not have access to senior retained work. Either way you are passionate about your career in recruitment and enjoy the pressures and rewards that recruitment brings.
