Our client is one of Australia's most prominent professional services firm currently employing over 2000 staff and 200+ partners. They are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work with the firm wide practice management system and assist in the modifications and extensions of a number of their systems. This role works closely with the business to meet the users requirements and documentation.

Working in a software development environment this role will involve:

- Gathering and documenting of business requirements for system changes from relevant business stakeholders
- Producing functional specifications for business requirements
- Providing input and assistantance with technical solution design
- Assist with QA/Testing and the development of training materials

Ideally the successful candidate will have proven experience working as a Business Analyst with Financial Systems (Eg PeopleSoft or CMS) - specifically with a professional services firm (Top 4 Accountancy Firm or Top Tier Law Firms). Experience with Financial Systems, Microsoft Office and SQL Server (T-SQL) are essential and working knowledge of Microsoft Reporting and Analysis services would be highly regarded. The ability to project manage and strong analytical/problem solving skills are required.
