A leading and well known stockbroking organisation is now seeking a Senior Bookings Clerk to oversee the day to day operations of the Bookings Department, including the supervision of 1 team member.

This role will see you liaising with Operators - regarding any concerns/error positions, Settlements Clerks - regarding corrections and booking mistakes as well as Dealers Assistants and Advisors

Key accountabilities will include monitoring suspense accounts, trade price variances, approve all rebooking/errors requests and monitor all manual order slips.

Together with the above responsibilities, you will also book/allocate private equity as well as Institutional trades to client accounts using SHARES and update custodial changes.

The successful candidate will have equities related experience preferably with a booking or settlements background from within a Stockbroking, Investment Bank, Custody or Funds Management Organisation.

Those with knowledge of SHARES, Iress, IOS and/or OASYS GLOBAL systems will also be highly regarded.
