One of Australia's most respected and iconic financial services organisations is currently seeking to recruit a Senior Adviser, Issuers.

The focus of this challenging position is on providing client relations to listed companies providing advice in relation to compliance with their listing rules including analyzing proposals and recommending waivers. This involves effective real time monitoring of and dealing with continuous disclosures and other obligations in the listing rules.

Other accountabilities include:
- Ensure that proposals from listed companies are processed quickly and effectively including collaborating;
- Consider and analyse listing applications within expected time frames;
- Managing the relationship with companies and their advisers to ensure that effective communications are created and maintained so as to influence decision making toward compliance;
- Managing complaints

To be successful in your application, you will hold relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, law, economics or other business related field with actual experience in an Analyst, Accounting or Legal role You will also have highly developed verbal and written communication skills, analytical in mindset, experienced relationship management skills and to hold confidence to make decisions.
