Description
We are looking for a Treasury Professional to join our South & East team.

You will work as part of the South & East Risk Assurance Service team, currently comprising approximately 90 staff, at either our Uxbridge office. Our main focus is advising clients on Cash and Working Capital management techniques, providing Accounting Advice, Treasury audits and advising on financing arrangements, though we do provide a number of other specialised services, for example, Treasury systems implementation.

Our clients range from small businesses to multinational organisations, you will be required to work on varied assignments in a range of industry sectors.

Your role will involve the following:

Treasury Assurance support:

- Audit of Treasury functions
- Accounting advice on financial instruments
- Support senior members of the team on ad-hoc projects such as design of Treasury controls framework and treasury due diligence
- Building relationships both internally within the PwC network and externally with clients on ongoing assurance engagements.

We are looking for someone who:

- Chartered Accountant or similar accounting membership
- Strong internal or external audit or due diligence experience
- Practical exposure of financial instruments
- Some knowledge of IAS39/IAS32/IFRS7
- Experience of working within banking institutions or experience of working within a corporate treasury function would be preferable
- Can develop and manage relationships with clients/contacts
Shows good report writing skills and can deliver work to deadlines and to a high standard.
