We bring the ability to take fresh perspectives, to think differently, and to develop and implement new and value adding solutions.

We work in close relationships with clients to offer practical, multi-disciplined approaches to the increasingly complex challenges facing businesses. One of the main challenges is to create environments in which their people can work most effectively. Our Human Resource Services practice brings together all of the professionals working in the human resource service arena – tax, benefits, retirement, communications, financial planning, international assignment, equity, culture and change, compensation, strategy, regulatory, legal, and process management – affording our clients an unmatched breadth and depth of expertise, both locally and globally.

Out expertise in tax, law, actuarial, accounting and compliance issues, combined with our knowledge of employment best practices, sets us apart

Requirements

The development of our Human Resource Services practice has enabled us to focus on issues such as international mobility and total reward and become the leading-edge organisation of its kind.

We are now seeking Consultants and Managers who have specialist reward and share plan expertise for our Human Resource Services practice based in Uxbridge.

These roles will involve the design and implementation of both domestic and international incentive plans for national and global clients as well as assisting companies with the ongoing operation of their plans.

In addition to this, the successful candidate will advise UK and overseas clients on the structuring, tax, legal, accounting, HR and other implications of share incentive plans. Clients will be both private and publicly listed companies and you will be involved in developing and maintaining strong relationships.

Delivering innovative and unparalleled solutions within the reward and share plans marketplace, you will be working alongside teams of experts from other disciplines including corporate financiers, actuaries, tax and communication specialists on truly complex, cross-border engagements.

Managers will be expected to take on a high level of responsibility in handling projects and to be involved in the development of other junior members of the team.

Responsibilities

Candidates can come from a range of backgrounds including tax, accounting and legal. You will be qualified in your chosen field with qualifications gained through first time passes.

For the Consultant role we are interested in hearing not only from candidates already from this specialist field but also candidates from a tax background who have worked in the corporate, personal or expatriate arena but who have the desire to specialise in reward and compensation issues.

For the Manager role we require candidates who are already experienced in the reward and share plans arena either from a tax or legal perspective.

You will also have the following skills:

• Strong communication skills

• Relationship building skills - both with internal colleagues and external clients

• The ability to work with multiple demands and excellent time management skills.

You will receive support and guidance from the senior members of the team as well as professional and personal development. The role will give you exposure to an impressive client list, a varied workload and interesting professional challenges. Opportunities for progression and development are very real.
