Responsibilities include:
- Manage a low risk and profitable portfolio
- Manage commercial clients within the property sector
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships with clients

You will need to possess:
- Sound credit skills
- A comprehensive understanding of commercial balance sheets

A successful candidate in the role will move into an RM position in 6-9months time depending on performance and ability to pick up the workload.

To manage the portfolio requires attention to detail, extensive financial analysis skills, previous exposure to business banking and of course excellent communication skills for this client facing role. Experience of property finance would be an advantage.
