Our Client has a top-ranking reputation for offering the best customer service of all the Banks and due to their rapid growth have two new positions within their elite team for a career banker to join their Corporate & Business Banking division.
As an experienced Corporate Banker, you will initially manage a small portfolio of a dozen or so clients for which you will essentially be responsible for growing by way of sourcing, developing and nurturing your own banking relationships. As an expert in your field of expertise you will be expected to assist your clients by way of providing them with value added products and services within the organization ensuring all there business needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
As a Relationship Manager you will have a dedicated Account Executive to assist you whom you will be expected to lead, nurture and groom in regard to their further development and also have the assistance and support from LSO’s and CSO’s.
In summary, in order to be successful in applying for this dynamic role you will need to have proven and be able to demonstrate excellent credit skills, be able to source and manage business banking customer relationships and be both a team player and team leader. Those with relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.
