This boutique stockbroker with a well developed Institutional, retail, corporate and research product has a requirement for an experienced Property sector expert to develop coverage of some LPT's, unlisted trusts and analysis of property related corporate deals.

Suitable candicate will come from the following backgrounds:

1) Investement banking/Stockbroking analysts

2) Switched on, commercial Property sector executives with well developed financial analysis skills.

3) Chartered accounting transaction services executives with a least 2 years experience and/or several property transaction deals under their belt.

The organisational culture is collegiate and the firm is growing and highly profitable. The bonus level is upto 2 times base salary in this current market and the opportunity to develop a team in this sector is a real possibility.
