The Products Business Control Group of this leading investment bank is looking for a strong senior manager with 5-7 years of experience. The candidate will need to possess strong management skills, product knowledge and excellent communication skills. The candidate will need to work effectively in cross functional team, both locally and globally.
You will manage a team of 4; manage swap projects and effectively communicate progress to management ; Renovate the current PNL process to meet earlier signoff deadlines; Work effectively and partner with their LN counterpart to standardize their processes; Communicate effectively with the traders.
Ideally you will have 5-7 years of relevant experience in product control; Exceptional analytical and technical skills; Excellent people management skills; Proficient in Excel & Access. Knowledge of Equity Swaps (accrual based) preferred
