Description
The Prime Brokerage & Equity Finance Client services Team provides the hedge fund client base with one point of contact for all queries relating to their activity through the PB platform.
The purpose of the role is to provide a seamless portal through which hedge funds can transact, monitor, query and resolve their execution activity.
Main Responsibilities
Liaising with the firm’s top tier, Hedge Fund clients on a daily basis and act as their primary contact in relation to execution flows, margin financing, stock lending, legal/regulatory matters, asset servicing and general operational issues.
Support Prime Brokerage and Stock Lending & Borrowing business .
Work Closely with Trade Support & Back office
1-4 years experience in client services for a major Prime Broker
Ability to think and act swiftly in a dynamic environment. Possess a high client service ethic.
