The people we are looking for bring together a balance of skills including:
· Excellent Industry knowledge ( six or more years)
· A deep knowledge of their space within the value chain
· Possess proven consulting and advisory skills acquired through managing internal change programmes or work with a consultancy house.
· Strong intellectual and technical skills
· Excellent written and presentation skills
· Good interpersonal skills to support working with colleagues and clients.
They will also be able to demonstrate that they can manage multiple tasks and projects and have the capacity to take on greater responsibilities as they develop within the firm. They should be of an inquisitive mindset and interested in constantly updating and developing their professional and technical skills.
