My client, a leading Bank, is seeking a self motivated, well organized person to assist a very busy State Manager with the day to day business. The State Manager in on the road a lot and is seeking someone to be his trusted right hand person whilst he is out of the office.

Responsibilities would include:
- Answering the phone and taking messages projecting a professional image to callers
- Ensuring messages are delivered accordingly, timely and accurately.
- Ability to multi task
- Ability to prioritise and meet strict deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills (ability to talk to people at all levels, e.g. Ceo’s, Director’s, Lawyers, etc)
- General administrative Support including co-ordination of meetings and handling of confidential correspondence

Someone with a finance background would be out of this world but those who have supported finance management previously will also be highly regarded.
