This market leader in Stock Market Education is currently looking for an Operations Assistant to join their rapidly growing organisation! This role will report into the Operations Manager on their premium brand. The role will be varied and will include;

- Assisting with the planning of upcoming seminar calendar
- Managing communication between various departments within the organisation in relation to seminar success, training and new products
- Weekly, monthly campaign reporting for multiple areas
- Flag any inconsistent processes and streamline processes

Candidates should demonstrate;

- A minimum of 3 years administration experience
- Highly process driven with strong use of initiative
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work under pressure
- Intermediate MS Office

The successful candidate will have proven experience in project coordination or event management where your natural organization and strategic skills were evident. Your excellent communication skill as well as your high attention to detail will see you succeed.
