Marketing Coordinator - Perth

Our client is a growing Australian organisation and a leader in their field. Due to expansion an excellent opportunity exists for a recent graduate ready to start their career, or someone with a passion for direct marketing.

Working within a supportive, dynamic and professional team you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, tracking job orders from inception to completion. Those with a passion for marketing and a strong customer service focus will excel in this position.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Management of customer database.
- Management of customer job orders, from providing initial job costings, to capturing a client brief and overseeing the job schedule.
- Liaising with clients on a regular basis regarding their requirements and any schedule delays.
- Liaising with graphic design and production departments regarding job progress.
- Up-selling and cross-selling additional products.
- Job reporting.
- Review of completed work.
- Raising client invoices.
- Ad hoc duties as required.

The successful applicant will possess:

- Strong customer service skills.
- Previous marketing experience, or recent qualifications.
- The ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work within a small team.
