Our client, a leading Australian bank, is currently seeking an experienced financial services professional to manage a sales team of Mobile Lending Managers, Lending Officers and Branch Consultants.

To be successful in the role you will have:
- proven success in the management of a sales team
- banking or other financial services experience
- strong business development and relationship management experience
- excellent people management skills and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor staff

Ideal candidates will also have proven ability to manage their time effectively and will have a track record of being highly motivated and results focused in previous roles.
