This position has been brought about through growth to support the ongoing expansion of this Practice. Reporting into the Managing Director of the Practice this is a key position to support deal activity from a risk and compliance perspective. This is a broad ranging role calling on you to be involved pre and post deal, driving the operational and financial compliance around M&A activity.
Ideally you are an ‘ex-Accountant’ who is qualified (CA/CPA) but currently frustrated in your role and looking to branch out into a more challenging, broader role. While leveraging your strong technical skills, this will give you considerable commercial exposure across the organisation and external client base. It can lead you directly into Corporate Finance, Finance or into an operational position.
