Our client is one of Australia's most prominent Professional Services Firms and they are currently looking for a talented Management Accountant to support one of their busiest practice groups and work closely with managing partners. This firm works strategically with large corporate clients and government agencies.

The successful candidate will be providing reporting, comments and advice in regards to financial information, budgeting and working capital management. Monitoring and reporting on partner time sheets, time allocation and utilisation - and ensuring that partners are meeting high standards. The role will require a great deal of interaction with the business, making recommendations for process improvement and may also be some element of people management.

Ideally the successful candidate will possess the following:

- Proven experience working as a Management Accountant - specifically in the professional services industry
- High Level Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
- Confident and Assertive in nature - with the ability to work closely with Managing Partners
- Strong report writing skills and attention to detail
- Experience using accounting software and advanced use of the Microsoft Office Suite
