One of Australia’s leading private Investment Banks based in Sydney is seeking a Lending Documentation and Settlements Officer within their Lending Settlements division.

The bank is involved in primarily Property and Construction lending, as well as growth and acquisition finance. The main focus of this role is the processing, reviewing and documentation of all components of settlement.

Key responsibilities will include preparing disbursements, reviewing and processing of draw downs, management of syndicated transactions, following up on any outstanding or ongoing legal conditions and checking and updating all transactional batches.

Additional duties include issuing of daily correspondence, maintenance of tracking registers for workflow, liaise with both internal and external clients and assist in ongoing monitoring of such as Static Data changes, consent instructions and POA instructions.

The successful candidate will have experience in complex lending settlements, preferably in the Construction field. You will be a team player with a keen eye for detail and good communication and drafting skills will be highly regarded.
