Our Client a leading Global Investment Bank is looking for a senior Java Developer to join an existing team which is responsible for high volume settlement capabilities across OTC and securities markets.
This is a highly technical role so to be considered for an interview you must have at least three years Java development experience in a commercial environment. Three years Financial Services experience would be deemed highly advantageous. Exposure to the following skill set will earn candidates an immediate interview:
- Fixed Income Securities Markets and Products
- Fixed Income OTC Markets and Products
- SWIFT payments and connectivity
- Object Oriented Programming and Design
- Middleware ( TIBCO EMS )
- XML and JAXB
- Spring framework
- Hibernate
- Databases ( Sybase )
- Performance Tuning
- Source Code Control ( Clearcase and Subversion )
- Unit Testing ( JUnit )
- Unix and Windows XP
- Ant.
