INTERNATIONAL INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER – INVESTMENT BANKING

Our Client, a Global Investment Bank, is looking to recruit 2 Sydney based Internal Audit Managers to bolster their International Internal Audit Department. You will be responsible for delivering independent risk based audits across all areas of the bank including; Structured Finance, Corporate Finance, Infrastructure and Project Finance, in cities across Australia, USA, Europe, Asia, UAE and Africa. Reporting into the Head of Group Internal Audit duties will include:

• Assisting with the ongoing establishment and development of the Internal Audit Function
• Assisting with the annual audit strategy
• Planning and executing risk based audits
• Reporting Audit Findings to the Head of Audit
• Consulting with the business on audit points and the required system, process and control improvement.


Candidates must be professionally qualified and have at least 5 years external or internal audit experience gained in an investment banking environment. While audit experience in Infrastructure and Project Finance is of particular interest to my client, they are also extremely interested to hear from candidates with solid and uninterrupted experience in any of the following; Corporate Finance; Structured Finance; Private Equity; Real Estate and Operation Leasing.
