Internal Sales Force Manager - Sydney

My client, a fast paced dynamic financial organization is currently looking for an Internal Sales Force Manager (ISF) to lead a team of professionals. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring the Internal Sales Force achieves sales/revenue targets across all brands. Revenue is generated through the acquisition of new clients (lead conversion), targeted marketing to existing clients as well as proactive outbound Account Management calls. Core responsibilities include;

- Establish and achieve ISF Team and Stretch targets based on budgets provided by Marketing and brand Business Managers.
- Working directly with the ISF Team Members to develop individual targets based on team objectives, and assist them in the achievement of these targets.
- Conduct monthly 1 on 1 sessions with ISF Team members to review performance against targets.
- Enhance individual and team sales reporting capability and ensure consistent delivery
- Formalise and document ISF processes and procedures, including sales and product training.
- Manage ongoing recruitment for ISF team as required.
- Conduct interim and annual performance reviews on all ISF staff.

Candidates should have:

- Proven Sales Management experience
- Very strong people management skills
- Solution focused
- Strong leader & motivator
- An interest in Financial Markets is beneficial
