Our client who is one of Australia’s largest financial services groups has an immediate requirement for an experienced Relationship Manager within their Information Services Division.
The purpose of this high level role will see you managing all operational and applicable tactical interactions between a designated organisational business unit and Information Services to deliver an effective and efficient IT service.
Key accountabilities for this role will see you develop and maintain collaborative relationships, an ongoing customer satisfaction review program and tailor a customer education program designed to enhance effective engagement with the division.
Other tasks will include conducting regular service level reviews, implementing a Business Review and Development program and ensure service delivery excellence by negotiating and implementing service level agreements.
Essential for this role is experience in a relationship management or account management role within a medium to large organisation dealing at senior management levels.
Applicants will also require superior presentation skills, a knowledge of project management methodologies and familiarity with technologies, concepts and practices required to implement effective IT solutions.
