HEAD OF INVESTMENT OPERATIONS (RECONCILIATIONS) - Melbourne

This global investment bank is currently undergoing some exciting tranformation to ensure their back office, risk & controls and operational areas are sufficiently structured and equipped to support a significant growth agenda.

As a result, the position of Head of Reconciliations (Investment Operations) has been newly created to oversee all reconciliation functions within the bank and to also assess continuous improvement and BPR opportunities.

The person we seek for this exciting opportunity will have extensive experience in Investment Banking Operations including a solid understanding of reconciliations (Nostro, FX, Treasury, P&L etc). Demonstrable experience in having lead change, transformation and BPR projects is essential as is strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Our client is open to considering candidates outside of Australia provided the required criteria is met.
