FINANCIAL ANALYSTS - VP LEVEL

Our Client a well established, dynamic and result focused investment firm dealing in big ticket investments and based in the UAE is looking to recruit A High Powered Team of Financial Analysts The main focus of this appointment is analyzing financial companies for potential acquisition. The candidates will be from either Management Consulting Firms, The Big 4 on the Business Advisory Side or ideally from Investment Banking. Financial Modeling and Valuation is the key.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ability to access well-known research sources
- Expert knowledge and use of spreadsheet to analyze financial data, spot trends and developing of forecasts.
- Financial statement analysis to determine a company's value and project future earnings.
- Assist in screening and researching the financial landscape globally for suitable investment opportunities.
- Assist in evaluating potential acquisitions along specific investment criteria
- Assist in coordinating all new acquisitions as well as the transactions arising from existing investments
- Study an entire industry, assessing current trends, monitoring new regulations and policies that may affect the industry
- Working with a team of fellow analysts on specific research projects and on specific deals.
- Working with funding division to organise financing arrangements for each deal.
- Co-ordinating the third party advisers with due diligence activities and working with lead adviser on pricing and in negotiating acquisitions..

Key Attributes:

- CA. MBA / CFA
- Candidates from investment banks, management consultants or audit firms are given first preference.
- Candidates should have 3-5 years experience in financial analysis and modeling in M&A's, specifically on banks and or financial service companies.
- Should be energetic, entrepreneurial in outlook and motivated towards doing deals.
- Must be highly numerate and effective in working with data to reach conclusions.
- Working at a fast pace, sometimes under pressure is a characteristic of the job.
- Age criteria between 26 - 35 years ideally

Salary AED 30,000 to 35,000 dependant on experience Other Benefits medical and ticket
