Financial Accountant - Managed Investments

- Starting salary up to $70,000, commensurate with experience

Currently moving through an exciting phase of growth, consolidation and change, this fully integrated retail property ownership and services organisation with over $15 billion under management is looking to expand it's dynamic team with several opportunities for Financial Accountants.

Reporting to either Senior Financial Accountants, or the Group Financial Accounting Manager, as appropriate, these roles will focus on three different areas:

Managed Investments - assuming responsibility for several syndicates and provision of support to the team responsible for the financial reporting requirements of the company's managed investments

Treasury - this is a key role within the team with areas of responsibility including treasury, corporate financial forecasting and analysis

Core - day to day management of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting as well as forecasting, analysis and liaising with the funds management, property accounting, tax, corporate finance and acquisitions teams


The successful candidate will be mid to newly qualified by the CA or CPA, and have relevant, local accounting experience within a commercial environment. You must be confident, eloquent, posess a sound business acumen and be a professional communicator.
