This boutique Financial Services organisation has a vacancy for an experienced salesperson to join their Research team to sell Research to Institutional investors.

It would be advantageous if the candidate had some knowledge of the Small to Mid cap sector, in addition to well developed Financial Analysis skills gained from Chartered Accounting/ CFA studies or similar.

The organisation is flexible with a flat structure and collegiate culture, therefore are able to offer progression into Equity Research, Corporate, Institutional sales trading and possibly Funds management, as further career development.

The ideal candidate would be an outgoing accountant (not asking for much there) who wants to get into Investment Banking and has a passion for equities, is likeable with good presentation and relationship building skills.

The firm will open doors for the successful candidate and provide initial support while transitioning to stockbroking.

Bonus potential is greater than 1X base salary and the opportunity to purchase equity is also available.
