Our client is a leading TELCO based in the CBD, providing cutting edge Voice & Data solutions to the business community nationwide. They have a complex Billing system and a team of billing specialists to ensure the process operates smoothly and efficiently. This team undertakes Quality Assurance of the billing operations and investigates and rectifies any escalated issues.

Given their ongoing success they seek a Billing Specialist to join their team. The position will involve the following tasks:

- Review client charge details as provided by internal sales team
- Enter these details into the internal Order Management system
- Check services delivered against internal documentation
- Action changes to customer pricing schedules
- Undertake Quality Assurance on billing processes
- Investigate unbilled and unrated client bills
- Provide status reports to management

They seek candidates with the following skills and experience:

- Experience of Billing Operations within a TELCO provider
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Data entry experience
- Keen attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Strong customer support skills
- Intermediate to advanced EXCEL skills
