We are looking for an experienced banking professional to take on an ongoing contract with one of Adelaide's leading financial institutions.

As the Credit Card Retention Consultant, you will be responsible for the active retention of Credit Card customers who express a desire to leave the institution, as well as providing solutions relating to cards and general queries.

The ideal candidate must be able to utilise problem solving, negotiation and customer services skills as well as being highly motivated. You will need to demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team, have proven administrative skills and telephone skills.
