Corporate & Business Recovery - Chartered Accountant - Director Opportunity

Due to the growth of our client's Auckland practice, we are now looking for talented senior staff to join our team where they will be able to apply their skills in the areas of business restructuring and insolvency.

The business restructuring role will include business viability analyses, identification of restructuring opportunities and the implementation of restructuring processes to maximise returns for stakeholders. This will involve dealing with banks, financiers and senior company staff across a wide range of
disciplines and levels.

The insolvency assignments will comprise receiverships, liquidations and creditor arrangements. The role will include securing assets, devising an appropriate strategy, realisation of assets and reporting to key stakeholders. Interested?
