A respected Stockbroking and Asset Management group that pride’s its self on the delivery of its market leading financial products and services looking to expand. Due to growth they are looking to strengthen their Corporate Actions team with an experienced Analyst who will cover both Domestic and International stocks.

As an experienced member of staff you will be responsible for a broad range of functions including; the processing and checking of income distributions and allocations, analysing and reporting on New Issues, Takeovers, Rights Issues, Buy Backs and Mergers, identifying and escalating potential risks to client portfolios and resolving complex queries. You will also be involved in tax reporting and identifying and resolving brakes in data.

To be considered for this position you will have a proven track record in Corporate Actions from either a Domestic or International perspective. Results-orientated, driven and flexible in your approach, you will be keen to work in a challenging and rewarding position as part of team that prides itself on exceptional performance. Overseas experience would be seen as an advantage, as well as knowledge of the Australasian Equities market.
