A well known financial institution requires a highly motivated professional to join its Corporate Actions team within their Investment Operations division.

The key activities for this role are the processing of corporate action events for both domestic and international equity securities, including but not limited to dividend entitlements, placements, rights issues, bonus issues and capital reconstructions.

You will be required to perform reconciliations of asset holdings, monitor market sources to identify forthcoming corporate actions and be responsible for processing and settling corporate action events within the HiPortfolio system.

Strong candidates will have 3 or more years industry experience and knowledge of investment operations, settlements, security pricing and corporate actions as well as knowledge of HiPortfolio, Bloomberg, IRESS and custodian systems.

Qualities such as good attention to detail, be able to work to tight deadlines and problem solving skills will be looked upon favourably.
