A globally recognised company and icon of the Australian Financial Services industry is now seeking a Compliance Adviser within their Market Supervision Division.

The scope of this role focuses on trading, clearing and settlement across a variety of traded products, with the successful candidate able to address any market compliance issues with full integrity.

Essentially the role’s responsibilities will include:

- Promotion of high compliance standards;
- Relationship Management;
- Interpretation and understanding of market rules;
- Consistent application of the regulations;
- Implementation of compliance programs;
- Identification of compliance risks and trends; and
- Referral of potential breaches

Applicants for this role will have a compliance background and ideally an in-depth understanding in one or more of the following areas; Australia’s financial markets and its operations, stockbroking operations, equities and derivatives trading, clearing and settlement.
