Collections Officer - Sydney

Our client is a large professional services firm located in the Sydney CBD. They are currently going through an exciting growth phase and are looking for a talented Collections Officer to assist the team with collections and client relations. The role will focus on liaising with internal and external stakeholders to confirm and encourage payment of bills. In addition there will also provide information for management reports and managing the ledger.

Ideally the successful candidate will have 3 years collections experience, especially in a corporate firm. Microsoft office skills, the ability to work within a team and a great attention to detail is very important for the role. Exceptional communication skills and a professional phone manner are a must.
