Client Services Officer
Description
Our Eastern Suburbs client is renowned for providing outstanding service to their customers to whom they offer expert Financial Advice and Planning. Growing rapidly, they have an opening in their Client Services team to support the Advisors and Planners.
Bringin 1-2 years customer service / administration experience in at least one of the disiplines of insurance, superannuation or investments, you are comfortable in the financial services field, and interested in expanding your knowledge.
As key liaison for admin of personal insurance, superannuation and investment matters you will be in constant communicatino with clients, underwriters, fund managers and internal associates. As such your written and verbal communication skills are well honed and responsive.
You are respected as a natural in taking initiative and making it happen - organising, co-ordinating, multi-tasking with a methodical and pro-active approach. You hae excellent time management, attention to detail and a maturity of attitude which navigates you comfortably in conversations with stakeholders. Your intermediate / advanced skills in MS Office are essential, as is your understanding of databases. DFP1-4 is highly regarded, although not essential.
