The Market & Value Advisory group within our advisory practice requires a Chartered Surveyor to join its Real Estate team.
The new recruit will work within the Market & Value Advisory (M&VA) Real Estate team and will also work on a cross line of service (XLoS) basis with the Performance Improvement Consulting (PIC) practice, Public and Private Advisory (PPA), Transaction Services (TS) and the Corporate Finance (CF) team.
What we are seeking is a chartered surveyor with probably 2 years post qualification experience. Ideally you'll have a background in commercial valuation or investment, although a corporate property background would also be considered. Ideally you will have experience working for one on the larger surveying firms, a bank, a large corporate or a big 4 consultancy.
In return you will have a wide and varied role providing advise around:
- Due diligence assignments both buy and sell side
- Valuation of property assets and corporate entities
- Audit assignments
- Corporate property advice
- Preparation of marketing material
- Preparing pitches.
