Our client who is one of Australia’s largest and most successful Funds Management Group has a requirement for a Business Development Manager.
The main focus of this telephone based role is to promote our clients’ products and maintain, establish or re-establish relationships with financial advisers.
The key responsibilities for this role will see you:
- Identify new and maintain existing business and adviser opportunities;
- Meet or exceed all sales targets in Investments, Risk Insurance and Debt;
- Determine product and service needs for both new and existing Advisers;
- Introduce and upgrade new products via needs based analysis; and
- Manage the delivery and follow-up of sales campaigns.
To be successful in this role, you will have product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a solution.
The ideal candidate will have exposure to dealing with Financial Advisers over the phone and a sound knowledge of investments, risk or debt products and margin lending. Part completion of your DFP would also be favourable!
