The Branch Manager role is a 'hands on' one in terms of being involved in all aspects of the day to day running of your branch; lending, operational, coaching and mentoring staff but also calls for a Manager with the desire and ability to network well within the local community.
If you enjoy building relationships and have strong credit/lending skills, a community focus and excellent people leadership skills, we should talk!
