Our Global client base requires our expertise to design and implement both domestic and international incentive plans. We advise UK and overseas clients on the structuring, tax, legal, accounting, HR and other implications of share incentive plans.

You will be working alongside teams of experts from other disciplines including corporate financiers, actuaries, tax and communication specialists on truly complex, cross-border engagements.
