Due to population demographics, the Industry sector of Retirement Living & Aged Care, has experienced ongoing growth and is continuing to do so.
This role is part of a new division recently set up in Sydney to cover NSW/ACT, within this commercial business growth area.
You will gain direct client contact and develop your analysis skills of lending documentation, helping to ensure portfolio growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have lending experience, excellent communication skills, be a motivated self starter who can work autominously.
Knowledge of the Retirement Living & Aged care sector is not essential but of course would be an advantage.
This role would be ideal for individulas with a 2-3 years commercial lending experience, looking for a broader role with a salary up to $75k.
