Based in the Northern Suburbs of Sydney my client is a world class leader in providing financial services and educational programs. An exciting opportunity exists for a highly organized administrator to join their rapidly growing events and seminar team. Your role will focus on crew liaison and scheduling. Specifically your role will include;
- Scheduling onsite staff and speakers for all events
- Issuing of staff roster and managing scheduling conflicts with team members
- Liaison with onsite crew and speakers
- Extensive International travel coordination
Your outstanding communication skills as well as your mature approach will see you succeed in this role. Your high attention to detail as well as your ability to work independently will be evident. Ideally you have worked in a similar position where your coordination skills and organizational abilities were tested!
