We’re located in Auckland’s stunning Viaduct Harbour – which is rapidly becoming a location of choice for some of New Zealand’s leading companies. We’re close to the city centre with easy transport and plenty of parking. We specialise across the Auckland Metro area, but offer career advice within other main city centres. Our “trans-tasman alliance” with Optimum Recruitment in Australia also helps us assist you with employment options across Australia’s main financial centres.

Why we do what we do
In recent years we’ve noticed many changes in the recruitment industry. Internet job boards, candidate database development, client supplier agreements, an increase in generic “mass market” recruitment companies and more recently an extreme shortage of skilled applicants, have changed the way the industry operates. Whilst Virtue embraces superior technology and understands the generics of ‘mass market’ recruitment, we know there’s a gap for specialist recruitment service. We believe offering a highly personalised and accountable service where we reward word of mouth referrals and relationships are genuine points of difference.
